China Zhong An Peace and Bin Zayed Venture Signed a Comprehensive Strategic Cooperation Agreement and Held the First Joint Meeting

Recently, China Zhong An Peace Holding Co., Ltd.(hereinafter refer to as ¡°China Zhong An Peace¡± ) and Huai¡¯an Bin Zayed Venture Capital Investment Co., Ltd.( hereinafter refer to as ¡°Bin Zayed Venture¡±) reached a comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement in Beijing, and held the first joint meeting .Zhang Yang, Chairman of China Zhong An Peace, Omar Malik, Vice President of Bin Zayed Venture attended the meeting and signed a comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement.

According to the agreement, the two Parties will have a comprehensive cooperation in the field of general aviation, cultural tourism, health care and education. They also plan to set up the global M&A fund, and found the investment fund of China and Asia in Beijing.
