Recently, Mr. Zhang Yang, chairman and president of our company, led a delegation to Chaozhou City, Guangdong Province, and discussed with the deputy secretary of the Chaozhou Municipal Committee of the CPC, the mayor Yin Zhaoju and other leaders of the municipal party committee and the municipal government. The two sides discussed the cooperation in depth on zero carbon towns and the protection and inheritance of regional cultural resources and other related matters.

During the discussion, Yin Zhaoju briefly introduced the economic and social development of Chaozhou City. He pointed out that Chaozhou has a long history, profound cultural heritage, superior humanistic environment and good natural ecology. The mountains, seas, rivers and islands are intermingled with each other. There are many national intangible cultural heritage projects, with many brand name like national historical and cultural city, Chinese porcelain capital and Chinese crafts and arts capital called ¡°One City and Two Capitals¡±as well as many national symbol cards. Yin Zhaoju hopes that China Zhong An Peace Holding Co., Ltd. will take good advantages of the experience of management and operation, accurately select the entry points and breakthroughs for cooperation, introduce advanced planning concepts and operation modes, further refine the cooperation plan and implementation details, strive to accelerate the project¡¯s landing, and contribute to the high-quality development of Chaozhou economy and society.

Chairman Zhang Yang said that for a long time, China Zhong An Peace has been guided by the decision-making and deployment of the Party Central Committee, and is committed to serving the economic transformation and upgrading, and strives to provide demonstration samples and practical references for supporting the development of the real economy. Chairman Zhang Yang pointed out that Chaozhou has a rich historical and cultural heritage, and many overseas business elites, which generally present a good social ecological environment. He hoped to fully support the development of emerging industries in Chaozhou, and seek win-win opportunities in the development of cultural resources and industry building. China Zhong An Peace will play its own value in the close cooperation with Chaozhou and contribute to high-quality development of Chaozhou.

During the visiting, our delegation also discussed with Lai Jianhua, member of the Standing Committee of Chaozhou Municipal Committee and relevant local departments, to conduct connection and negotiation on specific cooperation matters.
